Why We Price This Way
Most rental platforms make money by locking you into subscriptions, auto-renewing memberships, and bundling services you never asked for. We think that's wrong.
Domily uses a one-time payment model. Landlords pay €49 once per listing — no monthly fees, no time limits. Tenants buy credits for viewing requests and those credits never expire. You pay for exactly what you use, when you use it.
We also have a no-collections policy for disputed charges. If there's ever a disagreement, we'll work it out directly with you — not through a debt collector.
